The sky bleeds red and the herd's laughter thins. Hunters wear familiar faces — patient, coordinated, already counting who will not see the dawn. By dusk, every smile hides a question: whose teeth are those?

Chaos
Then the dark closes over everything. Some at the table answer to neither herd nor pack — they play a game all their own, and the savanna bends to whoever is still standing when the long night ends. Trust no one. Least of all the quiet ones.
